The TDD/TTY Training webinar provides guidance on the use of operating TDD/TTY machines in order to effectively communicate with survivors of domestic violence via TDD/TTY hotlines. The webinar also provides information on the Florida Relay services as well as a review of recommendations surrounding quality assurance practices for TDD/TTY hotlines. To attend this training you must be an active staff or volunteer of a certified domestic violence center. Both new and seasoned advocates are encouraged to attend.
