Literacy Regional Trainings for Economic Empowerment Advocates May 21 2019

Advocates will explore literacy barriers survivors of domestic may face that affect their economic sustainability and strategies to minimize these barriers. Advocates will also discuss the value of intergenerational learning as key in strengthening learning opportunities and healthy family relationships for survivors. This event is open to all economic empowerment professionals and certified domestic violence center advocates interested in improving access to economic freedom for survivors of domestic violence. Scholarships are available to economic empowerment professionals and certified domestic violence center advocates who are not funded by the Statewide Economic Empowerment Project.
