The Hotline Regional Training is designed to enhance both seasoned and new advocates' skills in identifying and assessing the needs of survivors on the hotline. This training will use the hotline Skills Wheel to review rapport, Active Listening, safety planning, risk assessment and the immediate needs of survivors. Advocates will be able to identify the services available at the Certified DV Centers and develop the tools needed to respond to requests for information on community resources.
