This tuition free training focuses on advanced tactics batterers use to stalk, harass and monitor survivors using technology. The training will include information on the types of technology used by batterers to stalk, investigative techniques for high tech stalking cases, dangers of social media, evidence collection, and more. The training will be conducted by Sharon Doncourt, Safety and Technology Specialist with FCADV and Detective Bryan Franke, President and Founder of 2C Solutions, LLC, an organization dedicated to training professionals on how to investigate, prosecute, and proactively monitor the use of technology and how to deal with various digital crime/technology based investigations. The intended audience is law enforcement, first responders, criminal court personnel, child welfare providers, victim advocates and other service providers who work with survivors of intimate partner violence.
