Please join us for the FCADV Biennial Statewide Domestic Violence Training Institute! This year's theme is Putting the Pieces Together: Connect. Advocate. Innovate.
Workshops will include Making the Connection through Advocacy, Teen Dating Violence, Criminal Justice, Technology Safety, and related issues. Workshops focusing on Risk Factors and Intimate Partner Homicide, Cultural and Linguistic Advocacy Services, Integrating Health and Wellness, and other sessions will also be featured.

Please join us throughout the Biennial Institute to energize your mind and spirit! FCADV will offer opportunities for attendees to take time to address their own self care needs such as group exercise opportunities. End your day and start your evening on day one with a fitness group exercise that will occur on Thursday March 28, 2019 from 5:15pm-6:15pm. Also, uplift your day with yoga on the morning of day two with a yoga group exercise that will occur on Friday March 29, 2019 from 7:00am-8:00am. Recommended to please bring your own yoga mat. Back up yoga mats are available, but limited. You can sign up for group exercises at the registration table.
Early registration will take place on Wednesday March 27, 2019 from 5:00pm-7:00pm for those who would like to register early rather than the morning of the event. Breakfast and Registration will occur from 8:00am-9:00am each date on March 28 & 29, 2019. Registrations will occur within the hotels Reception Building and located in front of the Martinique Ballroom.
The 2019 Biennial Institute will be held at Caribe Royale in Orlando, FL. You must reserve your own hotel room. FCADV is not responsible for reserving participants hotel rooms. The cost of the hotel room is $150.00 plus applicable tax per room, per night. Resort fee is included. This cost applies only to the first 200 rooms reserved. The last day to book is 2/22/19. Parking fee is $10.00 per night.
Scholarships are available on a first-come first-served basis. A limited number of travel scholarships may be provided to participants who attend the full event and travel more than 50 miles one-way. A limited number of CEU's will be offered. The number of CEU's available, price, and instructions will be available at the conference. Participant who would like to receive CEU's must register for them at the registration table prior to attending any workshops.
Vendors have the opportunity to display and sell their products at this year's Biennial Conference. As a vendor, if you desire to also participate in the conference activities, we have created the vendor deluxe package just for you.
