2013 Youth Summit

FCADV is pleased to provide accommodations, including American Sign Language interpreters, assistive listening devices, alternative formats of printed materials, and real-time captioning upon request from persons who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing or are living with disabilities. To ensure accommodations, please email your request two weeks prior to the beginning of the event.

Requests for cancellation must be in writing and received no later than two weeks prior to the start of the event. Requests after this date will not be considered. A processing fee will be deducted for each request for cancellation. Substitutes are permitted with prior notification in writing. The Coalition reserves the right to process all requests for refunds after the conference concludes.
