Please read the following information carefully! To proceed, you must agree to the Substitution/Cancellation Policy as outlined below.
Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation must be in writing and received no later than two weeks prior to the start of the event. Requests after this date will not be considered. A processing fee of $20 will be deducted for each request for cancellation. Substitutes are permitted with prior notification in writing. FCADV reserves the right to process all requests for refunds after the conference concludes.
