Contract Monitoring

Pursuant to Florida Statute 39.903, the Florida Department of Children and Families contracted with the FCADV to implement, administer, and evaluate all services provided by the certified domestic violence centers statewide. FCADV is required to monitor 100% of the certified domestic violence centers and other service providers who FCADV contracts with in excess of $25,000.00 per fiscal year. This monitoring may be done on-site or through a desk review based on a risk assessment. Regardless of the risk assessment, a center/provider shall be monitored on-site at least once every three years.  Centers/providers shall receive a confirmation notification of scheduled dates via email prior to a scheduled on-site monitoring.  Please refer to the FY 2010-2011 Provider Monitoring Schedule to view scheduled monitoring dates.
