The Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence will host a two-day institute to provide new and innovative strategies in addressing the complex issues faced by children and youth who have experienced domestic violence. Our theme this year is "Prevent, Intervene, Empower: Tools for Success." Participants will come together to learn the latest trend and best practices in providing services to Florida's young people. This institute is intended for child and youth advocates, educators and youth services providers as well as allies concerned with the safety and well being of young people. Workshops topics will include "How Youth Use Technology", "Using Play As A Healing Tool", "Teen Dating Violence", "Youth Economic Strategies" and many more!
