Executive Director
The Executive Director is accountable for the achievement of all major
organizational goals and objectives. The Executive Director is responsible
for the overall administration and operation of Lee Conlee House programs
which include the Emergency Shelter; Transitional Housing Program;
Counseling and Outreach Services; Children's Services; Community Education
and Training; and all related support and intervention services.

Director of Shelter Management
This position provides management of all aspects of the daily operations
of the agency's Shelter program, including security, equipment and facility.
Provides supervision of program staff and resident services and assures
compliance with programmatic requirements. Functions as a member of the
agency leadership team and collaborates with the agency's outreach advocacy
program.
