The Hotline Regional Training is designed to enhance both seasoned and new advocate's skill sets in assessing callers for safety needs and in identifying services needed on hotline calls. This collaborative learning environment is one full day of interactive group activities and classroom style training. To attend this training you must be an active staff or volunteer of a certified domestic violence center.

Training will occur from 10am-5:00pm. Advocates should come prepared to engage with one another about their experiences on the hotline. Training will cover tools necessary for advocates to make good assessments on the hotline: including actively safety planning, using empowerment based advocacy, and basic hotline training tools.
