One day Domestic Violence Judicial Symposium to enhance linguistic and cultural proficiency when domestic violence is a factor in cases involving families. Material will cross criminal, civil, family and dependency court. Information will be provided on immigration, culture, unique barries, rights and remedies, batterer tactics, the batterer as a parent, and determining when parental assessments are appropriate.
