Florida Certified Domestic Violence Center Thrift Store Locations

Many of our Domestic Violence Centers have fully operational thrift stores as a part of their mission. Donations of clothing, home goods, furniture and more from the public are re-sold and one hundred percent of the proceeds generated by the store go straight back to the center to provide funding for the crucial services provided to survivors of domestic violence.

Thrift shops are a vital part of the services provide by the center. In addition to raising money to support domestic violence services, the shops serve as department stores for their clients. Many women come to shelter with nothing but the clothing on their backs. Sometimes that's a hospital gown. Every woman who has a need is given an opportunity to select what she needs to start a new life, free from domestic violence. In this way, women are treated with dignity and have the opportunity to shop for their preferences and sizes.

Survivors benefit from items donated to the thrift stores and often are able to build a career wardrobe for an important job interview or select home goods and furnishings to help them rebuild a new home. We encourage you to search the list below to find your local thrift store and donate today!
