The purpose of the Advocates for Victims Program is to provide the survivors of domestic violence a safe living environment with supportive services and access to other community resources. The Program’s mission is to promote and encourage residents to become self-confident, self-reliant, and self-sufficient as they take steps in their journey towards independent living. Survivors will be provided linkages to an array of services that will empower them to make healthy choices about their physical, social, emotional and economical well being in an environment free from emotional and physical abuse.
